STAFF - Signing into OneDrive
This article will explain how to sign into the OneDrive app on MacOS.
It is assumed that OneDrive is already installed on your device and should look like this:

If you don't have the app installed, please come and see the IT Helpdesk so we can install it for you.
NOTE: Only use OneDrive once the O365 migration has been completed and IT has given you the OK to go ahead.

1) type in your email address ensuring that you use your NEW (<USERNAME>@kcc.vic.edu.au) Kolbe account and then click 'Sign In'.

2) Select the location of the local OneDrive folder (leave the default) and click 'Next'

3) Over the next few prompts, simply keep clicking 'Next'

4) When asked to get the mobile App, click 'Later'.

5) OneDrive is now configured for use. Click ‘Open OneDrive Folder’ to see your files.

6) Once loaded, it may take some time to populate your data:

OneDrive files can be accessed either from Finder on your Mac or via the web app.
As Reminder, you will notice that there is content in your OneDrive that was move from Google Drive. OneDrive will display your Google Drive folder contents in a folder labelled with your name. Eg. Firstname Surname. Once the migration has been completed, you should have access to all of your previous Google Drive files in this folder.
Finder:
To open OneDrive from finder, simply open up the Finder App and on the left had side menu bar, under Locations, click OneDrive

Web App:
You can get direct access to the OneDrive Web app via the application in the top menu bar.

Left click to bring up the info screen to see the latest files that have been synced:

You can also click on 'Open folder' to view the local OneDrive files
