Logging into Laptop, Browser and accessing Online Applications
Overview
As of Thursday the 2nd of October user email accounts will change from @kolbecc.catholic.edu.au to @kcc.vic.edu.au and the College will move from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
NOTE: Any existing Office 365 data in you College account will remain.
Most applications managed by I.T will be transferred to the new Domain email address over the 2nd and 3rd of October. Any issues after this please let I.T know.
What this means for Staff & Students
When on the Microsoft login Screen if your @kolbecc.catholic.edu.au email address fails you need to log in under username@kcc.vic.edu.au.
NOTE: Passwords remain the same.

Please read the below instructions carefully.
Important Notice for Students:
As of this date Google will go into Read ONLY mode all work should be done using Microsoft 365 applications and OneDrive.
Students: You will need to use Outlook or Outlook online for mail as of the 2nd October. All Google Drive data for Students you can still access under Google Drive after logging into Chrome and all Google Applications under the new email Domain username@kcc.vic.edu.au.

Browser Access and Bookmarks
Chrome
You will need to remove your current Chrome Profile by following the below Instructions as that will link to the old Domain @kolbecc.catholic.edu.au.
1. In the top right corner of Chrome click on the profile icon and clcik on 'Add Chrome Profile'


2. Click the back arrow

3. Click on the 3 dots next to your profile and select 'Delete'

4. On the next screen click 'sign in' and enter your email address and password to log back in under the new email domain: @kcc.vic.edu.au

NOTE: If prompted as per below, you need to select NO.

5. Once logged in to access the Microsoft Online applications you have 2 options:
- Go to O365 Apps in Kolbe Bookmarks
- Go to: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps and sign in with email and password. Here you will see all the online office apps and College applications using Single SignOn

NOTE: Make sure any Microsoft Desktop applications are signed in under the new domain email.
Optional Browser
Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge is installed on all laptops. You can search for it or find it under Applications.
1. Open Microsoft Edge. If signed into other Microsoft desktop applications you will get the below window:

2. Click Sign in to Sync Data. Once logged in you can access all your Microsoft Online Apps via the 9 squares in the top left corner of the Browser.
